Our Story

WE HAVE BEEN CATERING DELICIOUS, GOURMET FOOD FOR EVENTS IN ORLANDO FOR OVER 28+ YEARS!

Bringing people together through food has always been a passion for us.  And that’s exactly what food does, it changes people.  It brings them together, even from different cultures.

Our goal is to combine the catering and a food truck experience and bring something different to Orlando. We strive to give back to our community and connect in many different ways. With our combined years experience, we provide something special, not only to small groups but with the large groups too. Our different backgrounds provide us great diversity in our menu and expertise.

Below is one of our Signature Main Asian Dishes that everyone loves!

Honey-Garlic Shrimp Chow Mein! 🧄🍤🥠🥡

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons cooking oil, divided
1 package chow mein noodles, Hong Kong style pan-fried noodles, par-cooked according to package instructions
1 cup white onion, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrot, julienned
1/2 cup cabbage
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Scallions, for garnish

Directions:

In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Pour about 1/3 cup of the sauce over the shrimp in a medium bowl, tossing to coat, and reserve the rest of the sauce. Cover and refrigerate the shrimp to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok or deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the par-cooked noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes until crisp. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, then transfer to a plate and set aside.

In the same wok, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add the onion, broccoli, carrots, and 1/3 cup of the reserved sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.

Add the cabbage and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes until the vegetables soften.

Push the vegetables to one side of the wok. Add the remaining cooking oil to the empty side, followed by the marinated shrimp. Cook for 1 minute without stirring, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and their tails curl.

Mix the shrimp with the vegetables and add the crispy noodles along with the remaining sauce. Toss gently and cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.

Garnish with sliced scallions and serve.

"You can always tell when a person has worked in a restaurant. There's an empathy that can only be cultivated by those who've stood between a hungry mouth and a $28 pork chop, a special understanding of the way a bunch of motley misfits can be a family. Service industry work develops the "soft skills" recruiters talk about on LinkedIn — discipline, promptness, the ability to absorb criticism, and most important, how to read people like a book. The work is thankless and fun and messy, and the world would be a kinder place if more people tried it. With all due respect to my former professors, I've long believed I gained more knowledge in kitchens, bars, and dining rooms than any college could even hold."

♦️Best Tomahawk Ribeye Steak with Garlic Butter by Chef Tracy 👨‍🍳 🥩🥩🥩🥩

Ingredients:

1 tomahawk ribeye steak (2-3 lbs)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 sprig fresh thyme

Optional sides: steamed broccoli, fries, or mashed potatoes 🥔🥦🍟

Instructions:

Season the Steak: 🥩

Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Mix sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Rub the mixture generously on both sides of the steak.
Drizzle olive oil over the steak to coat evenly. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Sear the Steak: 🥩

Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill to high heat. Place the steak on the skillet or grill and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.

Cook the Steak:🥩

For medium-rare, transfer the steak to a 375°F (190°C) oven or lower the grill temperature. Cook for 15-20 minutes, checking with a meat thermometer (125°F for medium-rare, 135°F for medium).

Prepare Garlic Butter:

While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Stir until fragrant.
Rest and Serve:

Remove the steak from the oven or grill and brush it generously with the garlic butter.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
